Purchases made Online or in store can be returned free of charge within 30days, Outlet pieces over 50% can be exchanged only. Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered are not accepted.
Swimwear should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Made-to-Measure, Bespoke and Personalised items can’t be exchanged or refunded.
A receipt, gift receipt or proof of purchase will be required to complete the return.
Returns that do not comply with these regulations will not be accepted.
In the case a refund is preferred, the payment will be returned to the original card used to purchase. After the refund is issued from our end, please allow some days for your bank to process it.
